I am assuming that after a week of domperidone that her supply is not responding? I would do some blood tests to rule out any underlying etiology of low milk supply. TSH, testosterone, HcG and prolactin levels. In addition, I would have her take fenugreek (if not already). Some kids will take more in at the breast if they are latched on the breast alone for a few minutes then have the supplementer inserted. But I also think this mom is going to have to get more stimulation in order to increase supply.
