I can't back this up in the literature but I doubt that having Turner's
would preclude being able to produce enough milk.  I have known of a few
women with the form of Turner's where there are no ovaries, and also others
who'd had both ovaries removed, whose response to attempts to induce
lactation were as good, or better, than women who had ovaries, in general.
