Hi Kate -

I own Sheila Humphrey's new book "The Nursing Mother's Herbal" (2003).
She has a section on "Herbal Remedies for Oversupply" on pages 134 to
139. The three main herbs she discusses are Peppermint, Sage, and
Parsley. The directions for proper use are in the book. I highly
recommend getting a copy of this book. I have found it invaluable and
have used it several times recently for reference. It is available on
Amazon.com or through LLLI. It retails for $16.95.
