When reading that people in a hospital setting find them offensive, I am 
wondering why they are not equally offended by the artificial breasts they use 
every day.  Have you seen those large fake nipples!  My goodness! Maybe they can 
remove all the offensive looking breast substitutes from their shelves and 
drawers and the posters won't need to be up on the walls to remind them of the 
real thing!
