Our head nurse has an idea on how to deal with the problem of different nurses giving different advice to moms. All nurses have had a basic 30 hour course, but still, there is so much wrong advice going around. She has asked me to create as many multiple choice questions as I can. She will give different nurses pop quizzes every few days and on the basis of their performance on these quizzes, she will assign them either to work with me to brush up on new techniques or take another course ( which I will give) . I wonder if any of you has a collection of such questions and would like to share. You share yours, I will share mine ( I have already done about 40.) They should not be too difficult. It is not the IBCLC exam, but to test general knowledge, and as an exam should be, provide information and create curiosity about certain subjects. The questions I have done so far are not trick questions but rather to show how much you may need to learn. Any takers?? The general subject is the first 3 days in the hospital and the questions should not be on too high a level. TIA.
