Regarding "Boob-Lift" - I tell moms about finishing the first side first, not getting hung up on giving each side equal time and starting on whichever one baby did the least on the time before. Then, to reassure them that nursing doesn't have to be a lot of rules, I will talk about the various methods suggested for helping remember which one to start on - rubber band on the wrist, safety pin on the bra, or even those rediculous slide thingys you can sew to your bra. I point out that these may help for a while, then you are trying to figure out whether or not you moved the "marker" after the last feed. At that time, moms moms use the "scale method"-whichever one feels heavier is the one to offer first. It usually brings a chuckle.
