I know another possible source. If your local newspaper publishes birth announcements, they can find your address and send you things. The Cole's Criss-Cross Directory, available at any library and often purchased by large retailers, lists by address and by phone and by general income level in the neighborhood. You have to pay to have your phone placed in BOTH unlisted AND non published status to keep your info out of Cole's. I think this may occur with less frequency now that HIPAA is making itself known to protect privacy. I suspect that at some stage, birth info is still considered Public Record, researchable by anyone. Since your baby was born at home, you had to register the birth on your own. You might ask at the Vital Statistics office if they publish or otherwise make birth info available to commercial interests.
