The biggest issue for older parents with assisted reproduction is
usually confidence!  Since their bodies did not work well in getting
pregnant, they are sometimes suspicious of their ability to produce milk.

Your mom seems to be in a different situation, she might have gotten
pregnant on her own if her husband had not had Kleinfelter's syndrome,
so  she might be more trusting.

The one "trick" I would immediately teach this mom is how to hand
express colostrum into a teaspoon to feed the baby in case with the
induction and the daisy chain of interventions that often follows the
baby is not able to latch immediately.  This will help reduce the risk
of hypoglycemia in the baby, and reduce the risk of the staff wanting to
supplement the baby until breastfeeding comes together.
