They are in order: Low birthweight, Prematurity, Male Sex, Infection, Breast-feeding, Increased weight loss after birth, Caloric deprivation, Decreased fluid intake, Delayed meconium passage, Delayed cord clamping, Low serum zinc and magnesium, Increased cord blood bilirubin level.
