Here's what I did: Pumped every two hours at work for 15 minutes. Pumped at 11pm after feeding my babies (not terrific output, but it was hindmilk.) Pumped at 5am before feeding my babies (big output, then they got hindmilk for their early am feeding). I pumped as soon as I got to work too, since that was fairly early in the morning. I was working about 30 hours a week at that time, and there was constant stress about keeping up with their EBM requirements. On the weekends/holidays/days off, nursed more frequently to make sure supply stayed up.
