Would the foster parents be willing to finger / cup feed instead of bottle
feed? As mom's milk supply increases, will she be able to bring the EBM to the
foster parents to use? Would Mom be comfortable, or is she able/allowed to,
bathe with the baby during visits and do the skin-to-skin we would recommend
for any mother trying to get baby to breast? Are foster parents supportive of
Mom breastfeedng?
I think getting Mom's milk supply up is first priority but she needs to see
progress with breastfeeding with the baby, especially because of her (Mom) age.
Best of luck!
