Trish a couple of things come to mind. It could still be reflux, just becoz the zantac didn't help, she could still have a swallowing study done. If he takes the milk fine in a bottle, then it is not food sensitivity becoz that would be evident w/ direct bf or ebm feeding. If he only fusses at the breast it could be a forceful mer (this is my best bet) or a positionging thing like maybe a birth injury? torticollis/? (birth injury unlikely becoz it started at 6 wks of age) but could he have sustained another kind of injury? more thourough detective work is needed and a good physical exam by a health care provider.
