With our hospital's clinical nurse specialist, we are in the very begining phase of looking at how to convert our current lactation consultant's charting form to the women center's QS charting system. Currently, and for the last 6 months or so, only the labor and delivery unit is using this QS system. After they learn it, we are told eventually all the women and children's charting will be through the QS system (which might take a couple years to accomplish). If you are using it for lactation charting we'd like to hear how you are configuring yours for lactation consults and breastfeeding assessments, etc. Rachel A.
