But, I needed to pipe in and toot my horn regarding postpartum depression. I'm sure, Jan that you've already thought of this....low cortisol levels, low milk supply are associated with PPD. We, as LC's have a critical responsibility to inform moms so that in the event that symptoms arise, moms and/or their loved ones can seek professional treatment ASAP.
