Maybe the mother can try to put the SNS under her shirt, tape or hold the tube more at the side of the breast than at the 12 o'clock position. She can than hold her thumb over the tube on the breast and support the breast with her hand while hiding the remainder of the SNS behind her arm. When the baby is hanging out, the hand supporting the breast can compress the breast. This will increase the flow and baby will feed better. Otherwise, a larger tube size is necessary, or adjustment of the hight of the container around mother's neck.
