OK. If physicians agree that breastfeeding should be looked at as a variable then how about a Doc to Doc addressing of this issue. When I mention it eyes roll and I am the "crazy breastfeeding lady"

Can the Academy of Breastfeeding medicine address this issue? AAP?

Or is it just another question of economics?  Lots of money attached to centers that do these trials?
