We call it 'aidinmaidonkorvike' - breastmilk substitute, but ppl simply and shortly use the word 'substitute' alone. Some ppl still use the older term '-vastike', which gives the impression it is equivalent to breastmilk, but it is even in the law that the correct word to be used is '-korvike'. When my grandmom talks about 'substitute', however, she talks about coffee substitute ;) they used to have during and after the II WW.
