Bravo!  Huzzah!  Three cheers!  Right on!  You go girl!  and whatever
other forms of kudos you might come up with.  Great job putting the
salesman in his (or her) place.

I am going to try to avoid using the phrase "formula rep".  Let's call
it like it is-formula salesman (or saleswoman or salesperson).  This is
a much more accurate label.  "Rep" seems like a softer term.  They don't
just represent the company-in the long run they are there to make
sales-plain and simple.

Here's an interesting twist-when a local formula salesman's wife had a
baby, I wound up being the LC that saw her.  (Yes, she breastfed-with
supplement of course.)  He tries to use that as an inside track, but it
doesn't work with me.
