Kathy, I really appreciated your comments about not being pulled away for
staffing purposes, but the above line makes me ill.    An IBCLC who is also
college educated should not be receiving any lower a salary than an RN.
IBCLCs do need to work harder to increase our prestige.  Anyone out there
