Pat asked who is going to start the legal process - before the legal process can begin there has to be a legal basis for an action. Let's brainstorm here about some potential bases for legal action. That could be a good beginning. Remember that legal actions require damages - so when you are brainstorming think in terms of having to prove actual damage.
