Don't forget the one using hydrochloric acid to simulate stomach acids. Use 3 containers, one each for EBM, formula, cow's milk.  Watch the action.  Photograph or video it.  My hosp lab will help do this for me when one of their lab stations is available.  I understand the cow's milk forms definite curds, formula is somewhat like a heavy powder & EBM is like a super-fine powder almost instantly.  I'm anxious to see this for myself.
