I just received a phone call and would like to seek your advice - I know there is codes and ethics involved in this question. Just for those of you who don't know we are located in the town where Mead Johnson is located. I just received a phone call from them regarding a prenatal brochure pamphlet that they want to produce. They want to make it supportive of breastfeeding at the beginning with the approach that later down the road if and when the mother decides to switch to a formula that she is supported as well in that decision. They want to make it a Q & A format asking a Lactation Consultant questions - There are probably others in town who would consider this - is it possible to make sure only accurate information is published - what are our obligations and ethics regarding this? Thanks so much for your help Rose Marie Straeter The Lactation Center The Women's Hospital 812-842-4153 *********************************************** The LACTNET mailing list is powered by L-Soft's renowned LISTSERV(R) list management software together with L-Soft's LSMTP(TM) mailer for lightning fast mail delivery.
