Welcome out of lurkdom. Maybe you could try putting baby in a "ready for bf
position", and then let him do finger feeding with the sns tubing til he
gets a nice pattern going. Then remove finger and see if he will quickly
latch. I believe this is what Dr. Jack does. You could do this with or
without a nipple shield in place, since baby is used to bottle feeding. You
could have the other sns tubing already threaded under the shield. Good
