Carol,

Just some other thoughts. The goal of total "breastmilk removal time"
(pumping, good feeding session at the breast, some combination of both) I
use is "100 minutes per 24 hours". [I am thinking the reference comes from
Linda Shrago, but I just spent 15 minutes looking for the reference & it's
not where I thought it was!!] Lots of breast massage prior to pumping, lots
of skin to skin time whether feeding or not, use of breast compression while
infant latched. (SNS as well, but you've already implemented that.)

Thank goodness she had you to help her and her baby get back on track.
