This is to the problem of the mother with recurrent plugged ducts in left
UOQ.
Thanks, Rowena, for your post reminding me I meant to ask about 3-point
safety belts.  If this mother is driving a car, the UOQ of her left breast
would be getting the worst of it (unless she is in a country where they
drive on the left, in which case the passenger gets it there).

For comfort, 'my' trick was serendipitously discovered in an attempt to get
relief from just such a problem.  Mother lies on right side and BFs from
left breast, body tilted over the baby so the breast hangs in free fall to
the baby, no kinks in any ducts, no pressure, and gravity to aid drainage.
Doesn't prevent recurrence but feels heavenly if you have a congestion
there.
