I agree entirely with Valerie. For example, I am not understanding how fluoride can be mandated as a dental medicine without consent of the populace, as 7 states now have "mandatory" fluoridation laws on their books and it has been proposed in many more. It is being fought in court because cities that have anti-fluoridation legislation already in place for over 20 years are at risk against their will. Regardless that no safety studies have been done, even though formula feeding moms are not ever told to buy non-fluoride water to avoid having their infants overdosed by 100 times the amount in human milk and that baby kidneys have to filter more fluoride than their adult parents' kidneys due to their total liquid diet. I've posted before wondering how the AAP justifies any bottle feeding without this warning in fluoridated areas. Who do you think is on...(copying their own 1998 roster, page iii)? The American Water Works Association (AWWA) Standards Committee on Fluorides, which reviewed and approved this standard (1ppm), had the following personnel at the time of approval: Thomas G Reeves, Chair, Chief Fluoridation Director of the CDC, Atlanta GA James A McKinzey, Vice-Chair, (LCI) Lucent Chemicals Inc. Ponte Vedra Beach, FL (Producer member--supplier of fluoride product) Paul B Maasen, Secretary, Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corporation, Wentzville Mo (Producer member--supplier of fluoride product) Now if they don't have to pay anyone to dump this toxic waste by-product and just recycle it through our bodies in drinking, cooking and bathing water... But then they make profit from this sale too! Can you trust the wolves to guard the hen-house?
