I read with interest Alexis Neely's dilemma about a client failing to let down with expressing.  What has worked successfully for some of the mothers ofbaby's in the Special Care Nursery I work in is to have photo of baby in front of them while expressing.  One mother found significant let down when viewing video she had made of her baby
