Two summers ago, when I was on my way to Europe to speak, I saw an article in the Wall St. Journal outlining the Pure LIfe water that Nestles sells. Now, as I understand it, this water costs a bundle, and I also read that the average yearly income in Pakistan is $500, ... There is a corporate push for money there, but it is an immoral and horrific scene in which poor mothers and babies are taken advantage of by this corporate megalogiant. There may be nothing we can do about this except to adhere to the WHO code, yell when we see violations, etc, but I am of the opinion that there will be Karmic payback for this type of behavior.
