I sent a post directly to Mandy on this, asking whether I could help by
ordering the book(s) of her choice, (within limits, I'm not personally a
Norwegian oil millionaire yet) from an online vendor, and have it sent
directly to her.  Haven't heard back yet, but this could be a way for us to
send such things expediently.
One of the vendors, at least, has a wish list system so that anyone wanting
to give a gift to her program could go and see what they gave highest
priority to.
Internet can be a wonderful tool.  Look at US!
