Hi Everyone,
A mother in town has a daughter with really "poor" teeth and the
Mother told me at the age of 5 months old the daughter was diagnosed with
"lactose intolerance" and put onto lactose-free formula. I know that
lactose enhances the absorption of calcium and magnesium. Is it possible
that the formula could be responsible for the "poor" teeth. What other
side-effects can the lactose-free formula have? Has research been done on
this?
Just wondering!
Sincerely,
Barbie Currie. RN RM Mpumalanga, South Africa.
