I was concerned and still am about my 24 month old's top front teeth that were stained when they errupted. I took him to our family dentist after he chipped one of the front teeth. He told me "not to worry, his teeth are strong". Recently he has chipped another tooth. The stains have not progressed, but it does look like decay to me. His incisors look "sick" to me also. His molars look strong. He did have about 3-4 bottles of expressed milk a week from 3 -12 months while I work. I don't think that was much of a contributing factor. I am very consistent about brushing his teeth. I am really interested in more information on stained teeth also.
