> A mom called me because she was asked to leave MCDonald's (!!!!) because she > was breastfeeding. She lives in Northern California. > She would like to talk to an attorney. Any ideas? What about inviting as many lactating moms and their children to come with her to McD's and have a happy nursing party there, presenting the manager his future clientele. He can take it or leave it: accept them now and have them later or send them away and loose lots of future consumers. Don't forget to invite local media. McD should recognise this great opportunity for positive and free advertising and building goodwill by presenting as a real family centered and family friendly restaurant. And by the way, if a salad is included and if it's not for every day, eating at McD's or thelike is not necessairily a non-nutritve way to eat.
