Greetings again everyone. I'm adding my bit again.
 I'd say babies get milk from the breast at the same time as a SNS line,
judging by their gulping if they get a 'let down' while feeding with the
line. So.. I suggest BF first unless I'm working with a lethargic baby or
one that tires very quickly.
Lowering the milk container to well below the baby's mouth [on the seat or
even the floor] will require the baby to maintain suction to overcome
gravity which depends on good nutritive sucks. Of course a weak baby will
not cope with it too low,hence the need to tailor prescription to need.
