There is a well known exercise system here, founded by a woman named Paula
(don't remember last name right now) . The system stresses the importance
of exercising the "round" muscles, or sphinters, in the various areas of
the body. There are workshops and it is sometimes adopted into other
exercise
classes, as far as I know. I haven't heard of it being used in prenatal
classes- though it sounds fitting- has anyone else?
