I'm a little behind on this, but if the eczema is really bad, mom might want to consider getting baby tested by ped. allergist. I'm usually not ready to run to specialists, but I've had my mind changed (WOW!). A mom I know just did this. Baby had severe eczema, mom was tired of elimination diet that wasn't working. Turns out baby is very sensitive to eggs and the family dog. Mom tx homeopathically now. Has eliminated eggs in her diet. It's worth a try.
