I don't have any personal experience with this, but it has come up before
on Lactnet.
When you look for 'ultrasound' in the Lactnet archives, you'll find a
posting that gives the following dose: "2watts/sq cm for 5 minutes once per
day for up to 2 days".
It also gives the URL for Jack Newmans handout on 'Blocked ducts and
Mastitis', which can be found at : http://users.erols.com/cindyrn/22.htm
