The California Association of Neonatologists (CAN) has placed our first
"toolkit" for improving nutrition in the NICU up on our quality improvement site.
It centers on supporting breastfeeding in the early days. A second toolkit
will be out next year to cover TPN, MEN/trophic feeds, the transition from
gavage to breastfeeding and post-dicharge breastfeeding issues.

It is in pdf format and approximately 150 pages (with appendices), but FREE.
Go to:
www.cpqcc.org
and click on the center: "Nutritional Support of the VLBW Infant"
Let me know what you think.
