The Purely Yours runs on standard AA batteries, and comes with an
automobile power adapter as well.  The Elite rental pump (Ameda/Egnell)
has a version with an internal rechargeable battery pack. The battery
holds enough power for at least 60 mins of double pumping on maximum
speed and maximum suction.
