I would be very concerned about a baby who didn't have a poop for even 24
hours in the first weeks.  I know that there are exceptions, but this does
make me very nervous. I am not saying that the baby needs to be
supplemented, but that the baby would need evaluation quick. If he drinks
well and is obviously doing well, that's fine, but I would still consider
him the exception. Most are not doing well, and the breastfeeding needs to
be fixed.
