I too was shocked to see a bulb pump in my local independent pharmacy  
("Cara" brand? Never heard of it before). I've been mulling over how  
to approach the owner. This is a compounding pharmacy that has been  
great about filling scripts for APNO.

I'm in Nassau County, not too far from Queens. Interesting to see  
Lea's comment, as I had assumed that these were not even manufactured  
any more.
