My experience with Reglan is that premie moms MUST be pumping regularly to
obtain maximum benefit from the drug. 3x/24 hours won't do it.

Also, every mother on Reglan needs to be informed this is a short-term
assist. Long-term use does cause/has caused clinical depression on mothers,
not the best way to support mothering behavior.  Follow the recommendations
in the Ackerman article on this.
