Oh dear. I believe that this type of thing IS the virus. Please check
and do NOT delete files from your computer. This is a hoax. Please, do
not post these types of notes without checking on a credible virus site.

 did as the e-mail below stated, and found two such folders in my
computer.  Suggest you follow the same procedure below to see if you
