I would love to find out the agency she is involved with as far as Chinese
Adoption is concerned.  I just got finished reading an article and I'm am
intrigued.  Also it explained that the infants are on a rice formula and that
adoptive parents should bring formula that is as close to this as
possible.(ie: lactose free, I guess).  We don't really have any money to
speak of so I may be thinking about this needlessly but I thought I'd at
least find out about it.  Any info you could provide would help.
