Sue:  As to your question about the need to pump and dump on medrol, this
should not be necessary, as there appears to be minimal amounts to the
infant with oral corticosteroids.  As for the issue of the mother's
symptoms being due to "breastfeeding hormones", I would have the mother
request that the physician give her the references to back up this
