Thanks to those of you who specified what you were sending the envelopes
for.  I just learned (ACK!) that I sent someone a copy of the article when
they actually were sending the envelope for something else.  Unfortunately,
they didn't say what they were sending the envelope for, so I (wrongly)
assumed they were among the group wanting a copy of the JOGNN reprint.

My apologies in advance if others got the article when they weren't wanting
it!  I guess this means it would be most helpful if you want something to
specific WHAT you want so I will not jump to an erroneous conclusion.

I still have reprints left, so if any of you want them, I will continue to
honor (1st 100 requests) your envelopes (legal size with 55 cents of
postage).  But please verify that that is what you want.

And, if you got something you did not want, please get back to me
(privately) and tell me what you DID want that you did not get and I will
do my best to respond appropriately (this time).
