Is there a paper being published on these findings?
Martin RM et al (The Avon Longitudinal Study of Parents and Children-ALSPAC).
Does Breast-Feeding in Infancy Lower Blood Pressure in Childhood? Circulation
2004; 109: ???

(It has not been published yet - I was asked to comment on a pre-pub copy
yesterday by a reporter)

I don't have time to type the entire abstract but last line:

"In fully adjusted models, there was a 0.2 mm Hg reduction (0.0 to 0.3) in
systolic pressure for each 3 months of breast-feeding."

Not a large difference, but then most of their patients had very short
durations and exclusive breastfeeding even shorter. 7,276 children examined at
approx 7.5 years
