Kathleen:  As a member of the ABM, I agree with Jon's post, but I can
clarify the issue about the location of headquarters.  When initially
formed, the ABM address was Beth Williams' address in Palo Alto, but when
Beth moved to Atlanta the address changed to Ruth Lawrence's address in
Rochester (I don't have it handy).  I don't know if that is the permanent
