Rachael and others interested in the legal battle,

I found this part of the article to be quite interesting

"One launched an aggressive counterattack that struck at the heart of PBM's
marketing plan. Store-brand formulas fall short on nutrition, Mead Johnson
Nutritionals claimed in a January ad campaign.

PBM punched back, accusing Mead Johnson of false advertising. So far, the
U.S. District Court in Richmond has sided with PBM, ordering Mead Johnson to
stop its campaign and retrieve thousands of pages of material it distributed
to pe- diatricians around the country."

because this is the exact lawsuit that MJ brought against Ross when they
were (and still are) claiming that their brand is the "first choice of
doctors." MJ won in the trial court, but lost on appeal. I find it ironic
that now MJ is defending the same action. Well, let them all fight it out,
we know what is really the best, the real thing, breastmilk of course!
Maybe one day I will bring a lawsuit on behalf of breastmilk manufacturers
accusing the all the formula manufacturers of false advertising. Let me
know if you can help. :)
