Hopefully the ENT will clip the submucosal frenulum.

In the meantime, I find telling a mom to use "warm compresses" often does 
not cut it for vasospasm.  Try an electric heating pad on the "low" setting 
for a good 20 minutes after each nursing or pumping.  This can help relieve 
the burning/discomfort, but the tissue will not be able to heal completely 
as long as baby keeps compressing it.
