Spandex may contain up to 2% natural latex without being labeled latex. Or it
may be synthetic latex. She should contact the manufacturer to see if the
bra, bands, straps etc contain any natural latex.  An easy test would be for her
to stop wearing bras, or buy a latex free bra (can be ordered online-no
endorsement implied), or a completely cotton bra.  She can also check to see if the
cups contain latex. I have never had a latex reaction on my nipples, only
where the band and straps touches my body. The reaction is blisters ( like poison
ivy-fluid filled). Does she wash her bras with other clothes containing
elastic/latex?  Does she react to her panties, maternity clothes bands, socks,
swimsuits etc?  It would be strange that she would react to her bra and not her
panties and other clothes since they have elastic leg and waist bands.
